4-Hour Intensive Masterclass: A deep dive into the art of the rise, focusing on professional shaping, strengthening, and scoring techniques.
The Doughjo Tasting: A curated session featuring our signature sourdough loaves and flavored butters.
The Full Cycle: You’ll leave with a freshly baked loaf, your own starter, and a batch of dough you prepped yourself to bake at home the next morning.
Sourdough Mastery Guide: Our exclusive handbook covering the "why" behind the craft and troubleshooting for the Jamaican climate.
Level Up Your Setup (Available for Purchase):
Signature Starter Kit ($10,500): The ultimate "re-up." Includes a pouch of our dehydrated culture and the essential tools you need to maintain your craft at home.
"Sandy" Dehydrated Starter ($2,000): Our heritage sourdough culture in a shelf-stable form. Perfect for gifting or as a backup for your home kitchen.
To secure your spot in the Doughjo, full payment of JMD $25,000 is required.
Payment Window: Once you submit this form, your space will be held for 48 hours.

The Doughjo Waiver & Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that my workshop fee is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop date. However, tickets are fully transferable; if I cannot attend, I may send someone in my place with prior notice to The Doughjo.
I understand that failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) results in a total forfeiture of the fee. In the event that The Doughjo must cancel a workshop due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.
Furthermore, I agree to follow all safety instructions regarding the use of ovens and kitchen tools, releasing The Doughjo from liability for injury or damage.
Finally, I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the session to be used for promotional purposes.
